FC Bayern Munich won both of their Bundesliga matches against TSG Hoffenheim by an aggregate score of 9-0 goals last season – against no other team did the Bayern have such a good record in 2024/25. TSG has never had such a poor record against a club in a Bundesliga season as they did against FCB last season.

FC Bayern Munich started their fourth consecutive Bundesliga season with three wins after three matches – never before has a club achieved this number in a row. Only FC Bayern Munich itself surpassed the current tally of 14 goals after three matches in 2022/23 (15).

Since a 1-2 loss at FSV Mainz 05 in December 2024, FC Bayern Munich have not lost any of their last 10 Bundesliga away games (W7 D3) – the longest streak for Bayern since the 2019/20 season under Hansi Flick (also 10). The last time FCB had a longer away streak was from 2015 to 2016 (14). Most recently, FCB also scored at least three goals in five consecutive away games – equaling a Bundesliga record.

TSG Hoffenheim has won two of their last three Bundesliga matches (L1) – as many victories as in their previous 12 Bundesliga matches combined (D5 L5). However at home they have only won one of their last 12 matches (D5 L6) and suffered three consecutive defeats – four consecutive Bundesliga home defeats would equal a club record (last recorded in autumn 2022).

TSG Hoffenheim conceded the most goals in the Bundesliga in 2025 (46), while FC Bayern Munich conceded the fewest excluding the two newly promoted teams (21). FCB also kept the most clean sheets (11) while TSG Hoffenheim had the fewest (2) among all teams that consistently played in the top division.
