AC Milan have kept four clean sheets in their last five Serie A games – as many as in the previous 20 league matches before that – including each of their last three, and could keep four consecutive clean sheets in the competition for the first time since April 2022 (six in a row).

Napoli have won each of their first four Serie A matches this season; only three times previously have they won their first five matches of a Serie A campaign (1987/88, 2017/18, 2021/22), but on none of those occasions did they go on to win the Scudetto.
