AS Roma vs Genoa

Roma have won four consecutive home matches in Serie A for the first time since September-November 2023 under José Mourinho, scoring at least two goals in each of these games. This marks the first time they have achieved such a streak in Serie A since October-December 2019.  

Roma have avoided defeat at home against Genoa for the 22nd consecutive Serie A match (18W, 4D): only against Hellas Verona (27) and Bari (30) they have a longer active unbeaten streak at the Stadio Olimpico.  

Artem Dovbyk has directly contributed to five goals in Roma's last four matches at the Olimpico across all competitions (four goals, one assist), as many as in his previous 13 appearances.  

Genoa have won 33 matches against Roma in Serie A (D26 L54), only winning more against Lazio (38 wins); however, the Rossoblu have collected only one win in their last 19 matches against the Giallorossi in the competition (D55 L13).

Roma have kept four clean sheets in their last six Serie A matches against Genoa, as many as in their previous 14 games against them; furthermore, the Giallorossi have only failed to score once in their last 19 games against the Rossoblu in the competition.

Roma have not lost at home against Genoa for exactly 35 years, since 17 January 1990; this unbeaten streak of 21 home games (W17 D4) is their joint third longest such open run in the competition (also 21 against Parma, 27 against Hellas Verona and 30 against Bari).

Roma are unbeaten in their last four Serie A matches (W2 D2), after losing seven of their previous nine games (W2); the Giallorossi have also won three of their last six matches (D2 L1), as many as in their previous 15 (D4 L8).

After losing two home games in a row, Roma have won all of their last three Serie A games at the Stadio Olimpico; the Giallorossi haven’t had a longer run since winning five consecutively under José Mourinho between September and November 2023.
