Real Madrid have lost two of their last four LaLiga away games against Atlético de Madrid (W1 D1), after suffering only one defeat in their previous 20 visits to Rojiblancos' ground in the competition (W12 D7).

Real Madrid have drawn their last three derbies against Atlético de Madrid in LaLiga, and have only twice before recorded four consecutive draws against the same opponent in the history of the competition: against Athletic between 1951 and 1952 and also against Atlético de Madrid between 2017 and 2018.

Atlético de Madrid have lost two of their last five Madrid derbies in LaLiga (W2 D1) - Real Madrid, meanwhile, have won their last three regional clashes in the competition and could make it four in a row for the first time since July 2020.

Atlético de Madrid have only lost one of their last 22 home games in LaLiga (W16 D5) and have scored at least one goal in each of their last 20 (45 goals in total, 2.25 average), their best run in the competition since a 25-game run between January 2023 and March 2024.
