Birmingham City have progressed from the FA Cup third round in three consecutive seasons for the first time since another run of three between the 2009-10 and 2011-12 campaigns.

Birmingham City are now unbeaten across their last 19 meetings with Lincoln City in all competitions (W13 D6) since a 1-0 loss in April 1911, their longest unbeaten run against any opponent in the club’s history.

Ayumu Yokoyama opened the scoring after just 24 seconds, the first time Birmingham City have scored a goal in the opening minute of a match in any competition since Cameron Jerome did so in August 2007 against Derby in the Premier League.
