Blackburn vs Leeds

Blackburn Rovers have lost seven of their last nine league games against Leeds United, though they won 1-0 at Elland Road in April.

Leeds have won four of their last five league games at Ewood Park (L1) and are looking for three consecutive away league wins at Blackburn for the first time since November 1958.

This is the first Championship match on a Saturday to kick off at 1.30pm since February 2020, a 1-1 draw between Barnsley and Sheffield Wednesday. Leeds also won their last Championship game kicking off at 1.30, beating Swansea in July 2020 under Marcelo Bielsa.

Blackburn will be looking to avoid losing three consecutive home league games for the first time since March 2019 while the Rovers could go four such matches without scoring for the first time since November 1986.

Leeds manager Daniel Farke has won all three of his away Championship matches against Blackburn Rovers, beating them with Norwich in 2018-19 and 2020-21 and Leeds in 2023-24.
