Lorenzo Venturino (18 years and 336 days) is the 3rd youngest player to have scored at least two goals in a match this season in Europe's top five leagues, after Lamine Yamal (17 years and 64 days in Girona-Barcelona) and George Ilenikhena (18 years and 183 days in Monaco-Nantes).

Riccardo Orsolini scored 15 goals this season, becoming the first Bologna player to reach 15 goals in a single Serie A season since Marco Di Vaio in 2010/11 (19).

Bologna have won just one of their last 11 Serie A games against Genoa (D5 L5); since the 2018/19 season, the Emilians have only achieved fewer top-flight wins against Juventus (D6 L8) and Benevento (D1 L1).
