Bournemouth are winless in their last five Premier League games (D1 L4), losing four successive home top-flight matches for the first time.

Ipswich Town ended their 10-game winless run in the Premier League (D2 L8), securing their first victory since December (2-0 at home vs Chelsea).

Ipswich secured their first win against Bournemouth in any competition since September 1996 (3-0 in the League Cup), ending a five-game winless run against the Cherries (D4 L1).

Following their 2-1 win at Portman Road in the reverse fixture, Bournemouth are looking to complete their first league double over Ipswich since 1949-50 in the third division south.

Ipswich have only won one of their 16 away league games against Bournemouth (D7 L8), beating them 3-2 in September 1953. This is their first visit since a 2-2 draw in the Championship in November 2014.

Both teams have scored in each of the last eight league games between Bournemouth and Ipswich stretching back to March 1989, while the Cherries have scored in each of the last 11 against the Tractor Boys.

Bournemouth have lost three of their last four Premier League games (D1), this after having only lost three of their previous 18 beforehand (W10 D5). At home, the Cherries have lost three league games in a row, but have never lost four successive matches at the Vitality Stadium in the top-flight.

Ipswich have lost eight of their last nine Premier League games (D1), including their last four on the bounce. Not since December 2011 have the Tractor Boys more lost more successive league matches (7), last doing so in the Premier League in April 1995 (8).
