FC Augsburg vs FC St. Pauli

FC Augsburg and FC St. Pauli have faced off six times in the league previously, all in Bundesliga 2 and most recently in April 2010 when FCA lost 3-0 away. However, Augsburg are yet to drop points in three home games against the Kiezkicker (W3), only ever facing Röchling Völklingen and Borussia Neunkirchen as often at home at professional level when winning each time.

FC Augsburg are without a victory in their last seven Bundesliga games (D1, L6) – the longest ongoing winless run in league fixtures among current top-flight sides. It’s also FCA’s longest wait for a win under Jess Thorup, having last endured a worse run between October 2022 and January 2023 (8 games).
