Fulham vs Manchester City

Manchester City have now won each of their last 15 league meetings against Fulham, the outright longest winning run one side has recorded over another in the history of England’s top four tiers (overtaking Manchester City vs Bournemouth - 14).  

Manchester City ended the Premier League season with a 10-game unbeaten run (W7 D3), their longest of the season and the longest run without defeat by any side to end the 2024-25 campaign.

Despite victory, Pep Guardiola has seen his team finish outside of the top two (3rd) for only the second time in his 16 seasons as a top-flight manager, along with the 2016-17 Premier League campaign (also 3rd).

Fulham are winless in 19 Premier League meetings with Man City (D3 L16), losing the last 14 in a row. Their last victory was in April 2009 at the Etihad Stadium under Roy Hodgson.

Manchester City have won each of their last 17 meetings with Fulham in all competitions, the longest winning run one English league side has had against another in history.

Fulham have won just one of their 16 Premier League home games against Man City (D5 L10), beating them 2-1 in November 2005 under Chris Coleman.

Fulham beat Luton 4-2 on the final day last season, having failed to win their last league game in any of the six previous seasons (D1 L5).

Manchester City have won their final Premier League game in nine of the last 11 seasons, with the exceptions being a 1-1 draw at Swansea (2015-16) and a 1-0 loss at Brentford (2022-23).
