Lecce vs Udinese

Udinese have won two consecutive games to keep a clean sheet in Serie A for the first time since the period between August and September 2022: 1-0 against Fiorentina and 4-0 against Roma in that case, with Andrea Sottil on the Friulian bench.

Udinese have kept three consecutive clean sheets against Lecce in Serie A for the first time in their history.

Lorenzo Lucca has crossed the milestone of 10 goals this season for the first time in Serie A; the class of 2000, moreover, is only the second Italian Udinese player to go into double figures in goals in a single championship in the last 10 Serie A seasons (since 2015/16), after Kevin Lasagna (10 in 2019/20 and 12 in 2017/18).

Udinese have won their last two Serie A matches against Lecce without conceding. Only once have they won three in a row against them in the top-flight (between 2011 and 2020), while they could keep three consecutive clean sheets against the them for the first time.

Lecce and Udinese have only drawn one of their 16 Serie A encounters (eight wins for the Giallorossi and seven for the Bianconeri) at Via del Mare: 2-2 on October 19th 2008.

Lecce are unbeaten in their last three Serie A matches (W1 D2), and could avoid defeat in four in a row for the first time since April/May 2024.

Following two 0-0 draws in a row, Lecce could draw at least three successive league matches for the first time since December 2023 (four in that case). However, the Salentini have never had three successive goalless draws in Serie A.

Udinese have won two of their last three league matches (D1): as many as they did in their previous 13 (W2 D4 L7); the Friuliani could win back-to-back games for only the second time in Serie A this season, after a  run of three in August/September.
