Monza vs Verona

Hellas Verona are the opponent against which Monza have played the most matches in Serie A without ever losing: three wins and two draws in five matches against the Gialloblù.

After winning the reverse fixture without conceding a goal (3-0, on 21 October), Hellas Verona could become the fifth team against which Monza have won both Serie A matches of the season with a clean sheet, after Juventus and Spezia in 2022/23 and Sassuolo and Salernitana in 2023/24.

Monza have kept clean sheets in both matches at the U-Power Stadium against Hellas Verona in Serie A (2-0 win on 6 November 2022 and 0-0 draw on 11 February 2024) and have kept more clean sheets at home against no other team in the competition (two also against Salernitana).

Monza have conceded at least one goal in each of their last 14 Serie A games - only Venezia (17) are on a longer ongoing run without a clean sheet among teams currently in the divisiont; however, the last clean sheet of the Brianza team in the league dates to the reverse fixture against Hellas Verona (3-0 at the Bentegodi, on 21 October).

Monza won their last home match in Serie A (2-1 vs Fiorentina) and have not collected two consecutive home wins in the competition since November 2022 (the first of which was against Hellas Verona).
