Napoli have won all of their first four games this season; in seven of the last eight occasions in which the defending champions have won four of their first four matches, they have gone on to finish in first place (including Juventus in 2005/06), with the sole exception being Napoli in 1987/88, who finished second in the league.
Napoli have won their first four Serie A games for the first time since 2021/22, with Luciano Spalletti on the bench in that instance.
Lorenzo Lucca is the only Italian player born in 2000 or later to have scored more than 20 goals (21) in the last three seasons in Serie A.

Napoli are currently enjoying the longest unbeaten streak in Europe's top five leagues: 15 consecutive games, including 10 wins and five draws. Specifically, they could achieve at least five consecutive Serie A wins for the third time under Antonio Conte, following last October and January (the latter streak reached seven).
In the event of a defeat, Pisa would find themselves with no more than one point after the first four games played in a Serie A season for the third time in their last four participations in the top division, after 1987/88 (zero) and 1988/89 (one).
Napoli have won six of their last seven home games in Serie A (D1), conceding only four goals in the process; specifically, they could obtain three consecutive clean sheets at the Maradona in the league for the first time since September-October 2021.
