Paris Saint Germain vs Marseille

Paris SG have won their last five Ligue 1 matches against Marseille without conceding a goal and could make it six while keeping a clean sheet against a single opponent for the first time in the top-flight. It is the longest run of losses without scoring against the same opponent for OM, they have never even failed to score in six consecutive games against the same opponent in L1.

This is the eighth time that Paris SG and Marseille face each other while first and second in Ligue 1 at the beginning of the matchday, being the most played fixture between the top two teams of the table (W2 for OM, W3 for PSG, D2).

This is the seventh time in the last 10 seasons that the league leader (always Paris SG) is at least 10 points ahead of the second (Marseille in 2024/25) after 25 games of a Ligue 1 season, while it had only happened three times out of the previous 21 campaigns since the switch to the 3-point victory in 1994/95.
