Portland is winless in three straight regular-season home matches (D1 L2), the seventh time in club history that the Thorns have gone three home league games in a row without a win, though they’ve never gone four straight winless at home before.

Brooklyn Courtnall has won seven of eight tackle attempts in her first two career NWSL starts, winning all four tackles she attempted against Utah on Saturday after winning three of four against Gotham FC last week. Courtnall’s seven tackles won are tied for the second most in the NWSL over the last two rounds.
