Sevilla vs Athletic Club

Sevilla are winless in their last three meetings with Athletic Club in LaLiga (D1 L2), their longest winless run against the Bilbao side in the competition since November 2014 (G4 D1 L3).

Athletic Club have avoided defeat in their last two away games against Sevilla in LaLiga (W1 D1), last doing so in three successive visits in the competition via a run of three draws between 1999 and 2002. 

Following their win in January 2024 (2-0), Athletic Club could win two consecutive away games against Sevilla for the second time in the history of LaLiga, and first since 1965.

Sevilla won their most recent LaLiga match 1-0 against Real Sociedad at the Reale Arena, but are yet to win back-to-back games in the competition under García Pimienta.

Athletic Club, who lost their last away league game against Atlético de Madrid (0-1), have not lost consecutive away games in LaLiga since April 2024.
