Cardiff have lost each of their last four league games; they last endured a longer such run in October 2021 (8 games). Indeed, along with Preston, they are the only other Championship side without a league goal this term.

Swansea City’s Azeem Abdulai has scored in back-to-back appearances in all competitions, while the 21-year-old could be the Swan’s youngest scorer in a South Wales derby since 19-year-old Ben Wilmot in October 2019.
