Woking vs Cambridge United

Woking lost their first two meetings in the FA Cup proper with Cambridge in 1988-89 (first round) and 1989-90 (second round) but won the most recent tie 2-0 in 1996-97 (second round).

Cambridge’s only previous FA Cup away game against Woking came in the first round in 1988-89, with the U’s triumphing 4-1.

Woking are looking to reach the FA Cup second round for the first time since 2018-19, going out at this stage of the competition three times since then including in each of the last two campaigns.

Since their return to the Football League in 2014, Cambridge have progressed from five of their six FA Cup ties against non-league opposition, with the exception being a 4-3 defeat to Guiseley in 2017-18.
